DESCRIPTION

Nonconformities Strategies are based on the set of standards ISO 9000 that right on the introduction informs:

This standard promotes the use of a process approach for development, implementation and improvement of efficiency of a quality management system to increase the customer’s satisfaction by attending their requirements.

In addition, on item 4.1 and sub-items:

The organization must identify the necessary processes for the quality management system, monitor, measure and analyse those processes and improve necessary actions to achieve the planned results and the continuous improvement of those processes.

The standard makes it clear about the necessity of a strategy when managing processes. From that point on, the approaches implementation varies between each organization. Some are more aligned with automated methods, others have more organic processes, involving more staff, but that depends on what each company focus on. But, even though there is not a definitive method, it is right that all management systems follow the same steps:

• Mapping your processes;

• Responsibilities definition;

• Indicators improvement;

• Definition and adjustments of goals to be achieved;

• Measurement and constant monitoring the results.

Other points in common, although less implemented on organizations, is the adoption of measurements for the systematic evolution of performance and the systematic implantation of innovations and improvements.

SIGEL

Software de Listas de verificação/Checklist

SIGEL was developed to control processes and products through verification lists (in Portuguese, Listas de Verificação, LV) or checklists. SIGEL allows complexes processes to be properly analysed and registered, quickly and effectively by professionals that are not specialized on the area.

SIGEL’s database have hundreds of technical LVs that are applied upon diverse constructive activities, with themes as Quality, Safety and Environment in conformity with normative and legislation requirements. The data collection is made on field with a frequency defined by managers that receive consolidated reports in which they can clearly see problems and get to know the best treatment for every diversion detected.
